Awards for two Co-Me scientists
Nina Kozic
Matthias Peterhans

At the CAOS 2008 Meeting in Hong Kong, two Co-Me PhD students have received awards: Nina Kozic was honored for her presentation "Assessment of Anatomical Criteria across Population Using Statistical Shape Models and Level Sets". The award for the Best Technical Poster Presentation went to Matthias Peterhans for his work: A Method Improving the Workflow and the Registration Robustness of Ultrasound-Guided Spine Surgery .

Nina Kozic and Matthias Peterhans are both members of Co-Me project 10 Computer assistance in orthopaedic surgery which is located at MEM Research Center for Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Berne.
