TURPSim: A New Training Module for Endoscopic Surgery

Juni 2010 ---  The Co-Me Start-up company VirtaMed just launched TURPSim, a new hands-on training system for Trans-Urethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP). The new TURPSim is the latest breakthrough of the Swiss developer of state-of-the-art training tools for endoscopic surgery.

Januar 2010 ---  Co-Me members Matthias Peterhans and Guoyan Zheng from the Institute for Surgical Technology and Biomechanics at the University of Bern were awarded the first and second 2009 Ypsomed Innovation Prize.
