		September 2010 --- Congratulations to Olgac Ergeneman from the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems at ETH Zurich where he is involved in the Co-Me Ophthalmology project.


	STARTUPS.CH Award 2010 for AEON Scientific
		September 2010 --- AEON Scientific, a start-up project of ETH Zurich that is related to the Co-Me Ophthalmology project, has won the national Swiss Startups.ch Award 2010.


	TURPSim: A New Training Module for Endoscopic Surgery
		Juni 2010 --- The Co-Me Start-up company VirtaMed just launched TURPSim, a new hands-on training system for Trans-Urethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP). The new TURPSim is the latest breakthrough of the Swiss developer of state-of-the-art training tools for endoscopic surgery.

		Januar 2010 --- Congratulations to Matthias Peterhans and Professor Stefan Weber from the Center for Computer Assisted Surgery of the University of Bern.


	Ypsomed Awards for Co-Me Scientists
		Januar 2010 --- Co-Me members Matthias Peterhans and Guoyan Zheng from the Institute for Surgical Technology and Biomechanics at the University of Bern were awarded the first and second 2009 Ypsomed Innovation Prize.
